WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

On the page for the item you’re ordering, look at the box below

If all of your items say

"Online - (Quantity) available"  Your order will usually ship in 1-2 days.


If any of your items say

"Online - Backordered: Usually ships in 1-2 weeks" Your entire order will usually ship in 1-2 weeks.

 

Orders ship complete. If an order contains a backordered item the order will be shipped once the back order is in the house.

We will email you if we expect your order to ship outside of these time frames. 

Email notification will be sent once your order ships. 



HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

Economy / UPS Ground / USPS Priority Mail: 2-12 Business Days

(USPS - Monday through Saturday, UPS - Monday through Friday)

Shipping times shown are estimates - they are not guaranteed.

Shipping is slower during the Christmas Holiday season.

Express: 2-4 Business Days

(USPS - Monday through Saturday; UPS - Monday through Friday)

Overnight: 1-2 Business Days (Monday through Friday)

REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE:
Does your shipping box look like it has been used before? That's because it has! In an effort to reduce waste, we will reuse shipping boxes when possible. 

When returning items to us, feel free to use the same shipping box or envelope your items came in. Just be sure to remove or cover all existing labels and secure closed. Silver or white shipping envelopes can be turned inside out and used again if taped closed.
