Política de reembolso

Items purchased directly from MOVEMENTCONNECTION.com may be eligible for a refund/exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items may be returned/exchanged once a Return Authorization number has been issued. Please do not ship until you have been provided a Return Authorization number. Approved refunds will only be reimbursed to the original form of payment. Accrued shipping cost is NON Refundable and is at the expense of the customer.

All returned/Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, free from damage (free of makeup, deodorant, stains, or smoke), in original packaging, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in new condition. Any shoes with damage, scuff marks, or soil marks will not be accepted.  Shoes must also be returned in the original undamaged box. Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. Please do not tape or label shoe box. Tights must be unopened, still sealed in the original packaging. 

For all returns/exchanges you may request a return or exchange through your online account. Simply log in to your account and request your refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact customer service if needed.

Customer Service will issue a RA Number (Return Authorization Number) for approved returns/exchanges. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping costs to mail returns/exchanges back to the company. Customer may choose their method of shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the refund/exchange, Customer Service will process a refund to your credit card or ship your new item(s).
